TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and using our services across our platforms, websites, and branches, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (β€œTerms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using any of our products or services.

These Terms are subject to frequent updates and changes. When we update the Terms, we may notify you through email or other communication channels. Continued use of our services after such changes implies your acceptance of the new terms. 

1. General Terms

By using our services, including any of the GoFar websites, mobile apps, or other platforms, you agree to:
🎯 Abide by these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
🎯 Provide accurate information when registering for services, making payments, or interacting with us.
🎯 Acknowledge that any service you use is subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at GoFar's discretion. 

2. Payments & Registrations

To use certain services, including test registrations, training programs, and admission processing, you must complete payment in full, unless otherwise stated.
🎯 Full Payment Required: Any exam or service registration is only valid upon full payment. Part payment will not be processed.
🎯 Test Registration: Once a test is registered and payment confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded except under specific conditions.
🎯 Payment for Training Services: Payment for training is non-refundable and non-transferable.
🎯 Refunds for Unregistered Services: Refunds may be requested for unregistered tests, provided they meet our criteria, and will incur a 10% service charge. If GoFar fails to provide the service, no service charge will apply.

3. Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality services, but we recognize that sometimes a refund may be necessary.
🎯 Refund Conditions:
β€’ Refund requests will be considered case-by-case via email, and must include relevant documentation, such as proof of payment.
β€’ For any unregistered tests, you may request a refund after confirming availability of alternative dates.
β€’ Refunds are processed by bank transfer and will not be issued to third parties.
β€’ Training fees are non-refundable.
🎯 Refund Eligibility:
β€’ Refunds for incorrect examination choices are not possible. However, examination conversion is available for a fee.
β€’ Refunds will not be issued for services rendered or for requests made after a service has been provided or a test completed.
β€’ Cancellation due to Non-availability: If your selected test date is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or provide a full refund, subject to the refund conditions.
🎯 Request Procedure:
To request a refund, submit an email containing:
β€’ The grounds for your refund request.
β€’ Receipt or proof of payment.
β€’ Your account details.
 

4. Service Modifications

GoFar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We will inform users of significant changes through email or other means of communication.
🎯 Price Changes: If a price increase occurs after you’ve made full payment for a service, we will notify you and provide an option for a partial refund or request for additional payment.
🎯 Service Disruptions: In the event of service disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., third-party test body changes), GoFar will offer alternative options, including a full refund. 

5. Exam Rescheduling and Availability

We understand that sometimes you may need to reschedule your exam or training. Here are the guidelines:
🎯 Rescheduling Exams: Requests for exam rescheduling must be made at least 7 working days prior to the original exam date.
🎯 Late Registration: We recommend registering for exams at least 2 weeks in advance. Late registration may incur extra charges or require selecting a later exam date.
🎯 Test Rescheduling Fees: A rescheduling fee will apply if you change your exam date after registration.

6. Admission Processing

GoFar offers professional services for processing study abroad admissions. By agreeing to use our admission services, you acknowledge and accept the following:
🎯 Non-Refundable Admission Fee: A non-refundable processing fee is required, with 70% paid before the process starts, and 30% paid before the collection of your I-20 (or equivalent documents).
🎯 No Guarantee of Admission: Payment of this fee does not guarantee admission into the selected institutions.
🎯 Responsibility for School Payments: GoFar is not responsible for any payments made to the institutions for tuition, accommodation, or other services. 

7. Delivery and Shipping

GoFar offers delivery services for certain products and materials. Please note the following:
🎯 Delivery Timeframes: Standard delivery timelines are 24–72 hours after payment confirmation, applicable to regions with a physical GoFar branch.
🎯 Shipping Charges: Additional charges may apply for shipping to areas outside our designated service zones.
🎯 Third-Party Shipping: For third-party courier services, GoFar has limited control once the package is handed over to the courier. Tracking is available for all shipments.

8. Returns and Exchanges

We strive to ensure our products meet your expectations. If you need to return or exchange an item:
🎯 Return Period: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
🎯 Condition of Return: Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
🎯 Non-Returnable Items: Some items may not be eligible for return due to usage or condition upon arrival. 

9. Comm. Preferences

GoFar primarily communicates with clients via email. For all requests, updates, and correspondence, please use email as the official communication channel. This helps us maintain a clear record of all interactions. Contact us at gofaroperations@gmail.com.

10. Limitation of Liability

GoFar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
🎯 Failure to use our services as intended.
🎯 Actions taken based on information provided on our platforms.
🎯 External disruptions beyond GoFar’s control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor issues, or delays in third-party services. 

11. Termination of Service

GoFar reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any user who:
🎯 Violates these Terms of Service.
🎯 Fails to comply with payment obligations.
🎯 Engages in behavior that disrupts GoFar's operations. 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the competent courts within that jurisdiction.
